Names: if at first you don't succeed

Deciding on a name is still a long way off for us, but it's one of those things you can't help but think about from a very early stage.

So it was interesting to read this article over the weekend about a mother who changed her baby's name 6 months after he was born, with very mixed reactions from other mums, friends and her family.

Kate and I currently seem to heading in the same direction name-wise. And I mooted the idea yesterday of waiting until after the baby's born to see what name best suits (which I thought was a rather sensitive suggestion from a dad-to-be) but the all-knowing mother of my child seemed to think otherwise.
